A process that begins with the careful and responsible selection of raw materials such as wood from controlled and sustainably managed forests, naturally sourced upholstery, fabrics made from recycled yarn and zero-impact leather. It then continues with in-house processing, using highly efficient, low environmental impact machinery and technology, including a final focus on the use of eco-friendly packaging.
Certifications
Made in Italy
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Padua certifies that the sofas branded VALENTINI Italia are produced in Italy at the factory VALENTINI Italy in via Pontarola, 49 in Campodarsego (PD). The original certificate of origin must be required, in the mandatory countries, Immediately before the sofa expedition.
Upholstery with feathers
The downs and feathers we use for our upholstery are washed and sterilized according to law with approved equipment. Our suppliers are members of the European EDFA Association and the International association IDFB and IDFL. Tearing feathers outside the mule is forbidden by law. Associations are committed since many years in the control of farms and bleedings.
Upholstery in poliurethane foam
We certify that the articles we use for upholstery meet the social-environmental requirements currently in force. With particular sensitivity to environmental sustainability, safety and healthiness. We guarantee that certified products do not contain harmful substances.
Fabrics
Valentini Italia in collaboration with leading suppliers of Ecolabel certified fabrics, reduces the Environmentally impact throughout the supply chain. From raw material, using organic cotton, without the use of transgenic products or fertilizers for the respect of the eco system, to production processes that do not use azocolourants.
Wooden structures
PEFC is the guarantee that wood raw material comes from forests managed in a sustainable way. The certified forests are regularly controlled by independent inspectors.
Ecological paper
The cellulose contained in this product comes from properly managed forests, independently certified in Compliance with Forest Stewardship Council regulations.
